Quick release 8D9 and 8D36 series

Our 8D9 and 8D36 series of quick-release interconnect solutions for harsh environments are typically mounted on civil and military aircraft as well as ground army vehicles and space launchers.

8D9 series with lanyard release ball locking mechanism enables easy and safe disconnection, with 360° angle pulling. Their push-pull configuration allows dense and recessed connections. The reliable, sensitive locking system supports blind mating and steady performance in high vibration and low-disconnection force compared to existing solutions. Design and performance based on MIL-DTL-38999 system for maximum compatibility with 38999 standard accessories, with the same layouts, removable contacts, backshells and tooling. Mates with 8D8 receptacles.

8D36 series is based on aircraft/store interface standard MIL-STD-1760E, Type 1 (weapon release). Patented screw-coupling locking system achieves safe disconnection at high speed, with 360° angle pulling. Modular and field-repairable solution maximizes operational time. Mates with standard 38999 SIII receptacle. Designed based on MIL-DTL-38999 system for maximum compatibility with 38999 standard accessories, with the same layouts, removable contacts, backshells and tooling.
